Starchaser Industries has revealed a prototype of a reusable rocket, Skybolt Sounding Rocket, as Space.com reports in this article .
Starchaser has big plans for this prototype, which should be realized by the end of 2007: "Skybold will be one of the first reusable rockets to be powered with liquid fuel, a move that slashes traditional launch costs." It should reach an altitude of 83 miles.
This initial flight will be unmanned, but if successful, this launch will pave the way toward Starchaser's plans of manned spaceflight.
