large consulting/financial organizations are operating a virtual
conference
on global energy needs and solutions (15 - 26 May 2000). You can

My paper "Lunar Solar Power System for Energy Prosperity within the 21st
Century" will be available in the CONFERENCE CENTER on 26 (Friday) May
2000
for reading, downloading, and comments.
WEC, BP Amoco, and the other organizers anticipate 30 to 50 thousand
participants over the two week virtual conference. The site will remain
open for a year. This is a significant opportunity to further the
recognition that lunar/space solar power should be considered as a major
source of commercial power for Earth. It is also an opportunity to
mentally
link the Moon to the major global activity of providing commercial
electric
power.
