Australia has many problems but high tarrifs are not one of them - unless
space ships fall under the footware and textiles tarrifs.
The Aust government has already granted import exemptions for Kistler such
as sales taxes which aren't actually an import tax but rather an everyday
tax - that has Kistler has been exempted from.
