I've got shelves full of studies like this (most of lesser value), but
what we don't have is civilian space transportation. I say to NASA, not
a dime more for studies, until you fly some new hardware. It doesn't
have to be fancy, just some physical evidence that NASA still knows how
to innovate.

A cornucopia of "dreams" by NASA contractors who were given license to
ask "silly" questions, and get somewhat serious answers - that is what
really scared them. :)
