This was neither my intention nor my error, Craig.  I NEVER
said that everyone who is a religionist is a con artist.
I would still question Rev. Valladar's method of raising
funds (selling raffle tickets) even if he didn't put on the
religious trappings.   If he's legit and he succeeds, then I'll
cheer his success even if I disagree with his methods.
But I'd still like to see a  business plan before I'd
consider buying a ticket.  Wouldn't you?  It seems to
me that this would  benefit the Rev. as well, since it would
provide a basis for evaluating his approach and give
a better indication for the probability of his success.  The
same evaluation criteria can be applied to any private
space venture.
