I do not profess to have a monopoly on the truth, Kathleen. But
when something smells like a con then I'm not afraid to be
confrontational. Ever hear of the old pyramid scheme? A lot
of people buy in but only a few at the top (if any) reap the
benefits. If the "good Reverend" is indeed on the
up-and-up with his scheme to generate revenues for
space colonization by selling raffle tickets then I'll be
surprised. If he's really legit then show me a business plan,
not a lot "blue sky".

The bottom line is that if we don't police
our own ranks then who will? Is the general
public well-informed enough concerning private
space ventures to recognize the difference between
a con and a legitimate venture such as Pioneer
Rocket Plane? If enough people get scammed
then the legitimate enterprises may have trouble
attracting investors. We'll ALL suffer if that happens!
