Sounds like another con-artist along the lines of
the Rev. Jimmy Swaggert, Jim and Tammy , etc., etc.
Wish I'D thought of the idea first, but I'll settle for the
LEO McDonalds franchise.  That's something IMHO
that will eventually really be needed.
