Mentions Gene Meyers and Space Islands (even has Perry Mark's picture).

Keith Calhoun-Senghor, the DoC OASC Director, got suckered into Meyer's
Space Island concept big time.  Meyers was playing the DNC political
card and it received a fair amount of interest but no one was willing to
fund it.
