This is a really thought-provoking speech by Barron Hilton way back in
1967, courtesy of Jim Kingdon who took the time to type it in and let me
appropriate it. Some choice quotes, to give you an idea:

    "When a space hotel becomes a practical reality, it will simultaneously
     become a practical financial reality."

and,

    "...there will be travelers in outer space - and where there are
     travelers there must be Hiltons."
