Hilton Plans Hotel on Moon
In a recent article, the London Sunday Times reports that Hilton International is working on plans for a lunar hotel.

"Hilton plans hotel on moon - with a beach"
Mark Austin

The article quotes Peter George, chairman of Hilton International as saying, "It is a great idea which I am very enthusiastic about and which we are determined to see through. We intend to be the first to build there now we know that life can be sustained."

The article says that Hilton has spent 100,000 (British Pounds) on the project.

My reading of this story and the cited references leads me to believe that this reporter may have embellished the facts to make a more sensational story. It will be interesting to see how it develops. (MR) - SFJ
